ALL SMARTFIND USERS: Please remember to validate your email address. This is how you will be able to change/reset your passwords. To reset your SmartFind password click on forgot password and follow the prompts. The email generally goes into SPAM. AD ( Active Directory): To change or claim your AD (Active Directory) password please go to myaccount.ccsd.net. You must be on CCSD WI-FI or in a CCSD building. You may call 702-799-5420 for assistance.
Your CCSD gmail account is your AD login with ADDING @nv.ccsd.net. The password is the same as your AD password.
To log into your CCSD gmail account go to Google and click on gmail in the upper right corner and enter your login (remember the @nv.ccsd.net is part of the email address). If you currently have a personal gmail account click on your icon and ADD another account.
ELMS YEARLY REQUIRED TRAINING: YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR TRAINING TRANSCRIPT TO AVOID YOUR CALENDAR CLOSING. IN YOUR ELMS ACCOUNT ON THE TOP LEFT OF THE HOME PAGE GO TO SELF, REPORTING, TRAINING TRANSCRIPT. SAVE THAT PAGE AS A SCREENSHOT OR TAKE A PICTURE AND EMAIL TO SUBSTITUTESERVICES@NV.CCSD.NET
CANVAS: Is provided to you from the school you are assigned to for the day. YOU MUST KNOW YOUR ACTIVE DIRECTORY (AD) LOGIN AND CURRENT PASSWORD TO ACCESS CANVAS.
